Why does it cause uterine adhesions

Uterine adhesions are mainly caused by uterine operations, infections, and low estrogen, which can lead to the destruction of the basal layer of the endometrium, thus causing adhesions on the anterior and posterior walls of the uterine cavity.
1. Uterine operation is the most important cause of uterine adhesions. Repeated abortions, repeated scraping and other uterine operations may damage the endometrium, leading to destruction of the endometrial basal layer, thus causing adhesions in the uterine cavity.
2. Bacterial or viral infection of the endometrium, especially when the basal layer of the endometrium is damaged and then infected, will cause local inflammatory reaction of the endometrium, resulting in fibrosis of the endometrium and leading to the occurrence of uterine adhesions.
3. If the level of estrogen in the endometrium is low, it may lead to insufficient proliferation of the endometrium, thus making the thin endometrium more susceptible to damage and leading to uterine adhesions.
In case of uterine adhesions, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and treat it under the guidance of a professional doctor to avoid delaying the condition.
