What to check for vasculitis

Usually patients with vasculitis need to undergo laboratory tests, histopathologic tests, imaging tests, etc.
1. Laboratory tests: usually include urine routine, blood routine, systemic vascular-like related antibodies, etc.. General rheumatoid immune system related tests include syphilis serologic test, rheumatoid factor and hepatitis B surface antigen.
2. Histopathological examination: usually through histopathological examination to check whether there is inflammatory cell infiltration around capillaries and small blood vessels in the lesion area.
3. Imaging tests: when there is organ involvement in vasculitis patients, a series of imaging tests, such as chest CT, urological ultrasound, cranial CT, etc. are also needed.
Patients with vasculitis are advised to go to the rheumatology and immunology departments of regular hospitals for detailed consultation.
