Most patients with viral myocarditis can be cured, viral myocarditis occurs mostly on the basis of upper respiratory tract infections, due to the patient’s inattention, and a large number of sports, after exertion, induced viral inflammatory damage to the myocardium, resulting in viral myocarditis. Viral myocarditis includes mild, moderate, severe, and fulminant types. For mild forms of myocarditis, and for the vast majority of myocarditis patients, it is a self-healing disease, but rest is recommended and appropriate treatment is given to aid in the speedy recovery from myocarditis. In fulminant myocarditis, a combination of treatments is often required, and patients may have a poor prognosis, with some remaining in a state of arrhythmia and heart failure, which affects prognosis and quality of life.
