How to Make Tea

Dihuang can be brewed alone, but also with other drugs together with tea, but tea can only play part of the efficacy of the drug, it is recommended to take under the guidance of a medical professional, not to take their own medication.
Dihuang is divided into raw dihuang and cooked dihuang. Raw dihuang has the effect of clearing heat and cooling the blood (clearing heat to relieve blood heat), nourishing yin and generating fluids.
Cooked Dihuang has the effect of tonifying the Blood, nourishing the Yin and filling the marrow (replenishing the essence to promote bone marrow development).
Patients need to choose different slices of Dihuang drink according to their conditions, soak them in boiling water and drink them. It can be taken alone or together with Chen Pi and Hawthorn to strengthen the spleen and stomach.
Chinese medicines need to be paired, alone, Di Huang soaked in water will not necessarily achieve the original effect, taking too much will hinder the digestive function, phlegm and dampness in the body, abdominal distension, less food and loose stools (feces thin and unshaped) should not be taken. Adverse reactions caused by Dihuang include loss of appetite, indigestion, bloating and diarrhea.
Di Huang should be taken under the guidance of a Chinese medicine practitioner, following the doctor’s instructions, and not blindly using the drug on its own.
