Most of stage 1a2 lung adenocarcinoma can be cured. stage IA2 lung adenocarcinoma belongs to the early stage of lung adenocarcinoma, and some patients can be clinically cured through treatment, with a 5-year survival rate of 83%. Stage IA2 lung adenocarcinoma has a primary lesion with a diameter of 1~2 centimeters and no metastasis to the surrounding lymph nodes or distant organs. Since the lesion is relatively limited and there is no metastasis to other organs in this period of lung adenocarcinoma, radical surgery can be carried out if the patient’s physical condition permits, and some patients may need chemotherapy after the surgery to achieve the effect of clinical cure, and the chances of recurrence are low. Patients with stage IA2 lung adenocarcinoma generally have a better prognosis after treatment, and the 5-year survival rate can reach about 83%. It is recommended that patients diagnosed with stage IA2 lung adenocarcinoma should go to oncology department or thoracic surgery department of regular hospitals for related consultation, and keep a positive attitude to cooperate with doctors for treatment.
