Can you run with transverse third lumbar syndrome?

Running is not recommended for patients with third lumbar transverse syndrome.
The disease is mainly due to the strong contraction of the muscles in the lumbar and abdominal region, the third lumbar vertebrae are subjected to the greatest force, resulting in muscle and fascia lacerations, and the injury stimulates aseptic inflammation to cause fibrous degeneration of the local muscles, fascia and nerves, which in turn produces pain. Running will make the muscles of the lower back tense, generating more pressure, easy to aggravate the condition, not conducive to recovery.
Patients suffering from third lumbar transverse syndrome should mainly focus on resting and not doing too much exercise. Its treatment policy is mainly to relieve pain, so that patients can work and study normally. Symptoms can usually be improved by regular conservative treatment, including the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as celecoxib and other symptomatic treatment.
It is recommended that patients suffering from third lumbar transverse herniation syndrome should follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment and regular medical checkups, and avoid excessive exercise.
