Is hydrogen peroxide hydrogen peroxide?

Hydrogen peroxide is an inorganic compound, and its aqueous solution, also known as hydrogen peroxide, is one of the more commonly used topical disinfectants. The main component of hydrogen peroxide solution is hydrogen peroxide, which has an oxidizing effect, of which the 3% concentration of hydrogen peroxide solution is often used as a medical disinfectant, used for wound disinfection, but also can be used in the treatment of purulent otitis externa, otitis media and other diseases. Highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide solution is strongly corrosive, and inadvertent inhalation of its vapors in the respiratory tract will cause severe irritation of the respiratory mucosa. Direct contact with the conjunctiva of the eye may result in irreversible damage and may even lead to blindness. Hydrogen peroxide is for external use only, not to be taken orally, and should always be used under a doctor’s supervision.
