Constipation may be caused by physiological reasons such as consumption of spicy hot pot, or it may be caused by pathological reasons such as ulcerative colitis and hemorrhoids. It can be treated by dietary adjustments such as a light diet and the use of drugs such as salicylazosulfapyridine, or surgical treatment if necessary.
1. Physiological reasons: like to eat spicy hot, fried chicken, beer, ice cream, coffee, strong tea and other stimulating food, can increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, slow down the peristalsis of the digestive tract, resulting in dry stools, causing constipation, bloating and other symptoms. You can have a light diet in your daily life, avoiding the intake of spicy stimulating foods such as pepper and chili; eat more noodles, millet porridge and other easy-to-digest foods.
2. Pathologic causes:
(1) Ulcerative colitis: Heredity, immunity, environment, infection and other factors can cause ulcerative changes in the rectum, colon and other parts of the rectum, abdominal pain, diarrhea, pus and blood stool, constipation and other symptoms. You can choose Liuzosulfapyridine, 5 aminosalicylic acid and other drugs for treatment.
(2) Hemorrhoids: the downward displacement of the anal cushion, varicose veins and so on can cause the venous plexus of the anal canal or the lower end of the rectum to be congested or bruised and enlarged, resulting in constipation, pain, perianal itching, bleeding and other symptoms. If necessary, injection of sclerosing agent, rubber band ligation therapy and other methods of treatment.
Patients with constipation are advised to seek timely medical attention for a clear diagnosis and targeted treatment. In addition, all of the above drugs should be used under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used without authorization.
