Is it normal to have a gated blood flow signal in the lymph nodes?

It is normal for lymph nodes to show gated flow signals and for lymph nodes to clearly show cortical, medullary, and other morphologic findings. If the lymph nodes show gated blood flow signals and are accompanied by irregularities in the morphologic structure of the lymph nodes and disappearance of the lymphatic gates, it is not normal. It is normal if lymph node examination reveals lymph node gated blood flow signal and the morphological structures such as cortex, medulla, lymphatic gates, lymph nodes, and demarcation line can be clearly seen in the lymph node site with uniform distribution. If the patients have lymph node gated blood flow signal during lymph node examination, and the morphology and structure of lymph nodes are irregular, lymphatic gates disappear, and the boundary between lymph nodes and surrounding tissues is not clear, it mostly suggests that cancer has occurred in lymph node area, which is an abnormal situation. It is recommended that lymph nodes with gated blood flow signals need to consult a doctor in time, and the doctor will judge whether they are normal or not according to the examination results. If the lymph node is cancerous, it needs to be treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in time.
