Dacronin, commonly known as miconazole, is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent. It can be used topically for dermal fungal infections and suppositories for vaginal administration for the treatment of Candida vaginitis. Therefore, there are various dosage forms of Dacronin according to different uses, such as cream, gel, bulk, and application for external use, and vaginal tablets, suppositories, effervescent tablets, softgels, creams, and gels for vaginal use. Allergic reactions are occasionally seen during use, most of which are mild. Common adverse reactions are local irritation, itching and burning sensation, especially at the beginning of treatment.
