The first station contains 1-6 groups of lymph nodes, mainly the left cardia, right cardia, greater curvature of the stomach, lesser curvature of the stomach, suprapyloric and subpyloric lymph nodes; the second and third stations include 7-16 groups, mainly the left paragastric artery, the common hepatic artery, the celiac artery, the splenic portal, the splenic artery, the hepatoduodenal ligament, the posterior pancreatic, the superior mesenteric artery, the middle colonic artery, and the abdominal aorta Lymph nodes. The lymph nodes in different parts of the stomach vary in terms of station and grouping. The specific treatment needs to be combined with the patient’s actual examination to decide the scope of surgical clearance and post-surgical treatment. Post-surgery treatment is mainly based on chemotherapy to reduce the probability of recurrence and metastasis.
