What is Meier’s syndrome

There are many clinical manifestations of Meier’s syndrome, mainly: sudden vertigo, nausea and vomiting, blurred and rotating vision, tinnitus and deafness, and nystagmus. Since the cause of this disease is not exactly known so far, the current treatment is limited to suppressing its occurrence and attacks and alleviating the symptoms, but cannot cure it. Treatment is mainly pharmacological, mostly using drugs that can regulate the vegetative nerves to improve inner ear circulation and release vagal fluid accumulation, such as vestibular nerve inhibitors, vasodilators, anticholinergics, diuretic dehydration drugs, etc.
