If you do not have excessive menstrual flow, you can take blood-stasis-boosting drugs to promote the discharge of blood stasis in the uterus during menstruation. Eat a light diet with less spicy, stimulating and greasy food to avoid changes in menstrual period and volume, which may cause menstrual irregularities. Normal menstrual blood is slightly dark red and may even be combined with a small amount of blood clots. If there are no obvious symptoms of discomfort, such as abdominal pain, odor and itching of menstrual blood, no special treatment is usually needed. It can be regulated by relieving mental emotions and stress, regular work and rest, living environment and through medication. If the menstrual blood is dark in color and has a large amount of clots, it can be regulated in combination with medication that activates blood circulation and removes blood stasis, and the medication can effectively improve menstruation after about three months of regulation.
