Heel Pain Remedy

There is no effective remedy for heel pain. Heel pain is caused by plantar fasciitis, heel bone fracture, soft tissue injury of the sole of the foot, etc. Generally, it can be improved according to the cause of the disease through physical therapy, exercise therapy, medication and so on.
1. Plantar fasciitis: Long-term climbing, jogging and other sports will lead to aseptic inflammation of the plantar fascia and cause heel pain. To relieve heel pain, ultrasound and wax therapy can be performed to accelerate the metabolism of inflammatory substances. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen can also be used to reduce plantar inflammation. Squatting against a wall can also be done to relax the fascia and reduce inflammation.
2. Fracture of the heel bone: Fracture of the heel bone can also cause pain in the heel. In order to relieve the pain, pressure therapy, magnetic therapy, medium frequency electrical stimulation and other treatments can be carried out to improve blood circulation in the heel. At the same time, take diclofenac sodium and other anti-inflammatory drugs to reduce pain.
3. Plantar soft tissue injury: the plantar fascia, muscle and other soft tissue injury will cause heel pain. At this time, infrared laser therapy and other physical therapy to promote wound healing and reduce local inflammation. Anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin can also be used to relieve the local inflammatory response. At the same time, pay attention to the foot warmth, avoid strenuous exercise and aggravate the disease.
