How best to regulate anemia

Patients with anemia should be treated aggressively for the cause. Common types of anemia include iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, and aplastic anemia. There is no such thing as the best.
1. Iron deficiency anemia: iron supplementation treatment should be timely, and polysaccharide iron complex can be taken orally to supplement iron. If oral intolerance or gastrointestinal diseases affect iron absorption, intravenous iron supplementation can be given.
2. megaloblastic anemia: folic acid deficiency should be supplemented by oral folic acid; vitamin B12 deficiency can be injected intramuscularly with vitamin B12; at the same time, partiality of food should be corrected, and more fresh vegetables should be supplemented.
3. Aplastic anemia: aplastic anemia (referred to as remyelination) can be divided into acute remyelination and chronic remyelination according to the speed of disease progression and the degree of blood cell reduction. Acute remittent anemia is preferred to be treated with allogeneic stem cell transplantation or anti-thymocyte globulin, while chronic remittent anemia is usually treated with cyclosporine or androgens combined with other hematopoietic drugs.
The above medications and treatment plans need to be carried out under the guidance of a professional doctor. If you suffer from anemia, you should be admitted to the hospital in time to clarify the type of anemia, and actively carry out the treatment under the guidance of the doctor, avoiding the use of medication alone.
