What’s with the diarrhea and the watery diarrhea?

Diarrhea and watery diarrhea may be caused by acute gastroenteritis, ulcerative colitis, intestinal cancer and other reasons.
1. Acute gastroenteritis: if you consume raw, cold, unfresh or unprocessed food, it may cause irritation to the gastrointestinal tract, and may also lower the intestinal immunity and induce microbial infections such as bacterial and viral infections, which will lead to symptoms of acute gastroenteritis such as diarrhea and loose water, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and so on.
2. Inflammatory bowel disease: If there is pus, blood and mucus in the diarrhea, accompanied by paroxysmal cramping pain, as well as the feeling of wanting to defecate but not being able to defecate or defecate cleanly. Usually, it can be relieved after defecation, which may be caused by inflammatory bowel disease.
3. Bowel cancer: if the mucous membrane of large intestine is cancerous, the function of absorbing water in the large intestine will be destroyed. If the patient has diarrhea and watery diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain, abdominal cramps, blood in the stool, abdominal mass and other symptoms, he/she should be alert to the possibility of bowel cancer.
There may be other reasons for diarrhea and diarrhea, if the symptom is not relieved, or accompanied by other symptoms, you should go to the hospital in time, and give targeted treatment after clarifying the cause.
