Can protoaldosteronism heal on its own?

Proaldosteronism does not heal itself. Primary aldosteronism, known as primary aldosteronism, may be caused by certain diseases such as aldosterone tumors, resulting in excessive secretion of aldosterone hormone by the adrenal cortex, which leads to sodium retention, increased potassium excretion, suppression of the activity of the renin-angiotensin system, and the emergence of symptoms such as high blood pressure and low blood potassium. If primary aldosteronism is a unilateral adrenal gland lesion, surgical treatment is feasible; if it is a bilateral lesion and cannot be treated surgically, it can be treated with hydrocorticosteroid receptor antagonists under the guidance of a doctor. Patients with primary aldosteronism should seek timely medical attention, make a clear diagnosis, and under the guidance of the doctor for surgical treatment or drug treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
