What’s wrong with the brown discharge?

Flowing brown discharge indicates that the leukorrhea contains a small amount of blood. The causes of this condition are mostly caused by gynecological inflammation. Recurrent vaginitis, contact bleeding from cervicitis or abnormal shedding of endometrium caused by endometritis, and also cervical polyps, endometrial polyps, or even cervical cancer or endometrial cancer may cause the flowing brown discharge. In this case, it is best to go to the hospital for routine white belt examination and TCT, HPV examination, colposcopy if necessary, for targeted treatment. It may also be a physiological flow of brown discharge, such as ovulatory bleeding, due to the rupture of follicles during ovulation, which leads to a transient withdrawal of estrogen, which in turn causes a small amount of bleeding and may cause brown leukorrhea. Luteinizing insufficiency may lead to brownish leucorrhea 1-2 days before or 1-2 days after menstruation due to early or incomplete shedding of the endometrium, which can be treated without treatment, just pay attention to rest and hygiene.
