Small bumps on the skin of testicles are usually abnormal, this situation should be promptly consulted, alert to the symptoms of certain diseases, such as boils, scrotal folliculitis, condyloma acuminatum and other diseases.
1. Boils: Because the scrotum (testicles) is rich in hair follicles, and the local area is moist for a long time, if due to improper hygiene and cleaning, it can lead to secondary bacterial infections in the local hair follicles, and boils will appear. It is generally manifested as a small hard nodule with local redness, swelling, heat and pain, which is conical in shape and can gradually become bigger, with a yellowish-white pus head in the center of the nodule.
2. Scrotal folliculitis: mainly follicular or perifollicular infections, its symptoms begin as red, congested papules consistent with the mouth of the hair follicle, or follicular pustules.
3. Condyloma acuminatum: a sexually transmitted disease caused by HPV (human papillomavirus) infection. The disease often occurs in the genitals and other parts of the body, such as the male coronary groove, urethra, perianal and so on; the main clinical symptoms for the genital surface uneven, like cauliflower-like superfluous organisms.
There may be other factors, such as lipoma, neurofibroma, sebaceous cysts, etc., but this symptom alone is not enough to diagnose the disease.
