Hypertension is not a contraindication for Human Interferon α2b Injection, if it is needed, it is recommended to apply it under the guidance of a doctor. The main ingredient of human interferon α2b injection is recombinant human interferon α2b, which is made from Escherichia coli containing highly efficient expression of the human interferon α2b gene, after fermentation, isolation and high purification. The drug is commonly used in the treatment of herpes zoster, acute and chronic viral hepatitis, warts and other viral diseases; it can also be used in the treatment of tumors, such as hairy cell leukemia, laryngeal papilloma, basal cell carcinoma, chronic myeloid leukemia, malignant melanoma, ovarian carcinoma, multiple myeloma, Kaposi’s sarcoma, renal cell carcinoma, surface bladder cancer and so on. Adverse reactions such as myalgia, headache, chills, and malaise may occur after the injection, often in the first week of administration, and usually disappear within 48 hours after the injection. There may also be adverse reactions such as diarrhea, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, nausea, arthralgia, perceptual impairment, neurological disorders, vertigo, movement disorders, and sensory abnormalities. It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug. The drug should not be used by those who suffer from severe heart disease, epilepsy and impairment of central nervous system function, severe liver, kidney or bone marrow dysfunction, and those who suffer from other serious illnesses that cannot tolerate the adverse effects of the drug.
