Pelvic inflammatory disease and endometriosis are not related. Pelvic inflammatory disease is caused by bacterial infection to the pelvis, such as the appearance of lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, tubal adhesions, tubal effusion and other corresponding clinical symptoms, whereas endometriosis is the endometrium ectopia in the uterine myometrium or ectopic in the pelvic cavity, the ectopic in the ovary caused by the corresponding clinical symptoms, the appearance of progressively aggravated dysmenorrhea or the appearance of chocolate cysts in the ovary, or the appearance of adenomyosis clinical symptoms, resulting in increased menstrual flow or may lead to infertility. Chocolate cysts are present in the ovaries, or adenomyosis is present, leading to increased menstrual flow or infertility. The two are different in etiology and in clinical manifestations, so there is no relationship. If there is pelvic inflammation, actively give anti-inflammatory treatment. If there is endometriosis, surgery or conservative treatment can be given.
