Can two women conceive with bone marrow and have a child?

Two women with bone marrow cannot have a child. A child is born from the growth and development of a fertilized egg after it has been deposited in a woman’s uterine lining, which is formed by the combination of a woman’s egg and a man’s sperm. Although the bone marrow of two women contains their respective genes, the bone marrow does not combine to form a fertilized egg, and therefore, two women can not have a child with bone marrow. It is important to note that even though sperm and eggs can be obtained, the woman may be infertile, such as blocked fallopian tubes, uterine malformations, and sexual dysfunctions, all of which can have adverse effects on fertility. If a patient has a need for fertility, she should be examined under the guidance of a medical professional and prepare for pregnancy scientifically to improve the success rate.
