The following patients cannot be thrombolysed: 1. Patients with recent active bleeding, such as bleeding in the stomach and other solid organs, and cerebral bleeding cannot be thrombolysed; 2. If the blood pressure is uncontrollable at 180-200mmHg, thrombolysis cannot be performed; 4. Patients suspected of having aortic coarctation, which is a malignant large vessel rupture disease, cannot be thrombolysed; 5. Patients with thrombolysis should not be more than 75 years old and cannot have serious cardiopulmonary abnormalities, such as severe liver failure, kidney failure and other chronic organ failure diseases, and thrombolysis will not be considered.
