Interventional procedures are classified very broadly. In terms of interventional treatment, the procedures are divided into the following major areas: 1. peripheral vascular interventions: including peripheral arteries and peripheral veins. Through the blood vessels, devices or drugs can be applied to the local area, which is called peripheral vascular intervention; 2, neurointerventional treatment: mainly cerebrovascular brain aneurysms, brain hemorrhage, cerebrovascular entrapment, etc. Devices can be placed to the local area through interventional methods; 3, tumor intervention: some tumor patients are unable to adapt to surgical resection. If the effect of medical treatment is poor, the tumor vessels can be found out through puncture, and then the drugs can be used to embolize the tumor locally, or the chemotherapy drugs can be used to act more precisely on the tumor site; 4. In addition to coronary stent implantation, heart blockers, i.e. congenital heart disease blockers, aortic coarctation, aortic aneurysm, etc., can also be placed in the aortic stents, and even now heart valve disease, such as aortic valve stenosis, aortic valve incomplete closure, can also be replaced through interventional methods, the aortic valve.
