It is necessary to keep the external ear canal clean, avoid cold and flu, and take oral antibiotics such as cefuroxime under the guidance of the doctor to prevent infection. If the perforation has not healed in more than three months, timely surgical treatment is needed.
3. benign and malignant tumors of the middle ear: most of them need to be treated by surgery, with radiotherapy if necessary.
