Recipe for umeboshi tea for liver health

The formulation of Ume tea used to nourish the liver is currently unknown. Nourishing the liver means softening the liver, which is a treatment for liver yin deficiency and liver blood deficiency, and patients usually show loss of vision, dryness of both eyes, night blindness, dizziness and tinnitus. 1. Erzhi Pill: It is composed of chasteberry (steamed) and Murraya chinensis. It has the effect of tonifying the liver and kidney, nourishing yin and stopping bleeding. 2. Chinese wolfberry and chrysanthemum dihuang pill: composed of Chinese wolfberry, chrysanthemum, ripened dihuang, cornelian cherry, peony bark, Chinese yam, poria, zedoary. It has the effect of nourishing the kidney and nourishing the liver. It is used for dizziness and tinnitus caused by yin deficiency of the liver and kidney, tearing in the wind and blurred vision. Avoid indigestible food.
