In the second case, it may be due to lumbar disc herniation, in which the herniated disc or nucleus pulposus irritates and compresses the nerve roots, resulting in radiating pain or tingling in the innervated area. Generally, it is common in lumbar 5 sacral disc herniation, which compresses the sacral nerve root, and then there will be bilateral pain in the hip area, mainly radiating pain. In the third case, it may be due to bone tumor in the sacrococcygeal region, and most of the pain caused by this condition is nocturnal resting pain, which can be induced when pressing or tapping with hands, and the pain cannot be relieved when changing the position or resting in bed, and most of the cases need further examination and treatment in hospital.
