What to do if you have Triple III?

If you have hepatitis B teratitis III, you need to clarify the specific situation. For example, if you are just a carrier of hepatitis B teratitis III, you can start without special treatment, and if you are in the period of acute exacerbation, you can be given medication.

Patients need to go to the hospital for relevant examination to understand the specific situation of hepatitis B. If they are only carriers of hepatitis B virus with no abnormal liver function, no obvious symptoms, or no abnormal problems such as morphological changes of liver tissues, they can go to the hospital for examination on time and make close follow-up, and they can not need to be given any special treatment at the first time.

If the patient is in the acute exacerbation of hepatitis B virus, anti-viral treatment should be given. For example, if the patient’s aminotransferase and viral DNA quantification are elevated, he/she can be treated with drugs such as adefovir, entecavir, interferon, and so on under the guidance of the doctor.

It is recommended that patients should not drink alcohol during the treatment period, take a light diet, do not eat too greasy food, and should also go to the hospital for regular review after treatment.
