The use of folk remedies for thrombolysis has no scientific basis and cannot be trusted. Thrombolytic drugs at present the main clinical use of fibrinogen activator, such as urokinase, reteplase and so on. The first generation of thrombolytic drugs commonly used streptokinase, urokinase, this kind of drug lacks specificity, can cause systemic hyperfibrinolysis, resulting in serious bleeding. The second generation of thrombolytic drugs, such as recombinant tissue-type fibrinogen activator, thrombolytic ability than the first generation of thrombolytic drugs to enhance, and better specificity, adverse reactions occur less. Third-generation thrombolytic drugs, such as teneplase and reteplase, have rapid thrombolysis, high efficiency, and long half-life. Thrombolytic drugs have a greater risk of bleeding and should be used under close observation by a physician to avoid adverse effects of bleeding.
