Four-part therapy for cerebral palsy

Nerve repair + TCM research special therapy + modern rehabilitation technology + family rehabilitation guidance = cerebral disease recovery. The “Four Part Therapy” is a new treatment for pediatric cerebral palsy at home and abroad, and the majority of cerebral palsy patients can see results in a short period of time, and can be expected to recover after 3 to 5 courses of treatment. Four-part therapy has created a new field in the treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy, especially for severe cerebral palsy with chronically high muscle tone, which has not been treated by other therapies, four-part therapy can be effective in a short period of time. The following is a unique therapy developed by combining the meridian and acupoint theory of Chinese medicine, the soft tissue theory of Western medicine and the principle of drug therapy. The dual stimulation of drugs and acupuncture combined effectiveness to improve the therapeutic effect. The main role of water acupuncture in the treatment of pediatric encephalopathy: 1, excite the cerebral cortex cells, improve intelligence; 2, promote blood circulation, promote the absorption of lesions; 3, improve the compensatory capacity of soft tissues, correct abnormal posture; 4, two-way adjustment of muscle tone, improve muscle strength; 5, improve hearing, vision, language. Chinese herbal medicine is mainly taken orally and fumigated. Fumigation is a treatment method to put the decocted Chinese medicine into the fumigating machine and put the patient as a whole or partially into the fumigating machine, which can relieve spasm, dredge meridians and channels, activate blood and silt, nourish kidney and produce marrow, educate and wake up the brain, which can improve blood circulation in the brain, activate brain cells and promote brain cell repair and regeneration, etc. According to traditional Chinese medicine, cerebral palsy is mostly due to congenital deficiency of endowment, deficiency of kidney yang, loss of brain marrow nourishment, imbalance of moistening in later life, wind and cold attacking yang, and weakness of spleen qi, resulting in lack of moistening of tendons, bones and muscles and lack of benevolence, mostly due to deficiency. From the meridian point of view, it is mostly thought that it is caused by the damage of the Governor’s Vessel and the malfunction of the Qi of the Belt Vessel. This disease belongs to the category of “five delays”, “five softnesses” and “five hardnesses” in Chinese medicine. Acupuncture treatment for cerebral palsy is based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridians, using a combination of head acupuncture and body acupuncture, to unblock the meridians, tonify the qi and blood, benefit the essence and fill the marrow, tonify the kidney and strengthen the spleen. Through the treatment, the qi and blood will be sufficient and flow smoothly, the brain marrow will be filled, and the tendons and muscles will be moistened again, thus achieving the purpose of treating cerebral palsy. Therefore, acupuncture is very effective in treating this disease. Massage and orthopedic techniques Massage has the function of unblocking qi and blood, harmonizing the internal organs, activating blood and relieving spasm, and slipping the joints. Moderate, uniform and continuous massage techniques can achieve the purpose of regulating muscle tone, improving muscle strength, coordinating movement and triggering normal postural reflexes. For high muscle tone, such as spastic type, tonic type, high tension hand-foot tachycardia type has the effect of relieving spasm. For low muscle tone, such as hypotonia, hypotonia hand-foot twitch type, with a strong stimulating technique, can improve muscle excitability in a very short period of time. The combination of point massage therapy and functional training is more effective in treating limb dysfunction. Functional training is the use of various rehabilitation techniques to activate the central nerve cells through intervention and promotion of developmental delay or arrested motor function or hypotonia, as well as the inhibition of abnormal postural reflexes and abnormal movements, so as to establish benign motor patterns as early as possible and promote the virtuous cycle of motor function, so that the gross motor function and fine motor function of cerebral palsy patients can be improved and enhanced, and the motor function of the affected children can to reach or near normal. Every 30 sessions is a course of treatment, once a day.
