Lung nodules suggest checking tuberculosis antibody, blood sedimentation. Lung nodules usually refer to the high density round-like shadows found in the lungs under the imaging examination such as x-ray or CT; most of the causes of lung nodules are tuberculosis, but there may also be tuberculosis, lung abscess, lung cancer, etc.; tuberculosis and tuberculosis can be identified through tuberculosis antibody and blood sedimentation test; if the test of tuberculosis antibody is positive and the blood sedimentation rate is increased, then it can be considered as tuberculosis. If the lung nodule is confirmed to be non-caseous necrotizing epithelioid granuloma by biopsy and other causes such as tuberculosis and lung tumor are excluded, then it is considered to be tuberculosis; if fever, purulent sputum, and leukocyte elevation occur, then it is considered to be lung abscess; if chest CT reveals that hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes are enlarged, and if bronchoscopic biopsy of lesions is positive, then it is considered to be lung cancer with a higher likelihood. If patients have lung nodules, they should go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
