The manifestations of motor nerve injury include: eyelid changes, pupil changes, eye movement abnormalities, other manifestations and so on. 1. Eyelid changes: complete drooping of eyelid, ptosis, paralysis of levator muscle and other manifestations may occur. 2. Pupillary changes: patients may have dilated pupils, narrowed pupils, weakened direct light reflex, indirect light reflex or disappearance. 3. Abnormal eye movements: the patient may have inward movement disorders, upward movement disorders, downward movement disorders, and so on. 4. Other manifestations: patients may have diplopia due to paralysis of extraocular muscles. The damage to the motor nerve may be caused by various pathogenic factors such as diabetes combined with ocular complications, tumor compression of the motor nerve, etc. There may also be other manifestations, which need to be treated appropriately according to different etiological factors.
