Hand, foot and mouth disease has been prevalent in our city in recent years, and can develop throughout the year, mostly in March-September. The first stage manifestation is the same as general respiratory infections, and then hand, foot and heart, oral rash appears, and most cases are cured by treatment. A small number of children show high fever, tremors, poor response, and even convulsions, and progress quickly, mostly in critical cases. Some of the critically ill cases have heart failure, pulmonary hemorrhage, encephalitis, etc. Most of the survivors have neurological sequelae.
