Can nystagmus be treated with acupuncture?

  There is no definitive treatment for nystagmus with acupuncture, nor have we seen reports of nystagmus being cured by acupuncture alone. Nystagmus is mainly treated by surgery. The aim of reducing the amplitude of nystagmus through surgery is not to achieve complete absence of nystagmus.  Nystagmus is mainly treated surgically. The aim of reducing the amplitude of nystagmus is achieved through surgery, but not completely achieving no nystagmus. Currently, international research on nystagmus is heating up, and with the successful development of many new nystagmus instruments, as well as new research findings, new theories generated, and encouraging experimental results achieved in animal experiments, it is believed that in the near future, patients with nystagmus can achieve no nystagmus through intraocular implantation devices.
