There is no such thing as buccal pharyngitis in clinical practice, which generally refers to pharyngitis. Recurrent fever of pharyngitis can be caused by acute inflammation of the pharyngeal isthmus due to bacterial or viral infection, which can be relieved by symptomatic treatment and anti-infection therapy.
1. Symptomatic treatment: If the body temperature of recurrent fever of pharyngitis is greater than 38.5 ℃, ibuprofen, acetaminophen and so on can be taken under the guidance of the doctor to reduce the fever, and during the period of time can also be combined with the use of lukewarm water baths for physical cooling, which can effectively alleviate the symptoms of fever.
2. Anti-infection treatment: If there is a clear bacterial infection, antibiotics such as penicillin and ceftriaxone can be used to eliminate the inflammation; if there is a viral infection, ribavirin and interferon can be used to treat the inflammation, and after the inflammation is under control, the fever symptoms are generally relieved.
If the symptoms of recurrent fever of pharyngitis are not relieved, you should go to the hospital in time, so as to avoid other symptoms and delay the treatment of the disease.
