What do we need to pay attention to about leisure food?

First of all: the main meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner, evening meal) does not necessarily mean what time to what time for a certain meal, according to their own habits and physical effort of different, each have their own meal time. For example, I have seen in the busy farming season, some farmers get up in the morning and work in the field (more than an hour), and then breakfast, their eating habits are different from most people (first breakfast, and then start working), but also very healthy. The reason why they are healthy is that after the morning work, their bodies really need energy to replenish at this time. The time difference between the east and west is about 2 hours, and the meal times of the residents are based on the needs of the body, not on “Beijing time”. Some residents have the habit of eating only two meals on their rest days, which, in my opinion, is a good habit to choose the way to eat according to the physical effort and the needs of the body. Secondly, the casual food I am talking about does not refer specifically to a certain food, but to the food that the organism does not need energy to replenish, just to satisfy the craving and eat for fun. To nuts, chips, for example, added to the main meal, can still be “cravings”, but the nature of “casual food” is very different. As we all know, the muscles need a lot of blood when exercising, the brain needs a lot of blood when learning and thinking, and the digestive system needs a lot of blood after eating. When there is stress at work, we should add knowledge through study and find out how to cope with it through thinking. In order to make rational use of the number of blood and improve the efficiency of learning and thinking, we’d better not eat “leisure food” at the same time.
