Cirrhosis jaundice two hundred and fifty, will it recur after discharge?

Cirrhosis jaundice two hundred and five, jaundice may still recur after discharge from the hospital. The likelihood of recurrence varies from person to person, mainly depending on the degree of liver fibrosis and the degree of liver function damage.
Hepatocellular jaundice can be caused by disorders of the liver cells in all aspects of bilirubin uptake, conversion, transportation and excretion. Cirrhotic patients with fibrosis of the liver and decreased liver function may experience a recurrence of jaundice if their condition worsens with improper care after discharge from the hospital.
1. Cirrhotic patients’ liver cells are damaged and fibrous tissue proliferates. If accompanied by inflammation, the walls of bile ducts are destroyed and bilirubin can not be discharged in time, which will cause elevation of bilirubin in the blood and jaundice will occur.
2. Liver function decreases in cirrhosis patients, the anabolic capacity are weakened, liver enzyme function decreases, bilirubin can not be converted inside the liver in time, thus bilirubin increases, manifested as jaundice.
If the cause of jaundice is not lifted, there is still a possibility of recurrence. After being discharged from the hospital, you should have regular review to check the liver function and the index of transaminase, and use medication reasonably under the guidance of the doctor, and don’t take medication randomly, so as not to cause liver damage. Don’t drink alcohol after discharge, pay attention to rest in daily life, don’t overwork, and exercise appropriately.
