There is no lightest type of invasive breast cancer, but most of the early invasive breast cancer and invasive special carcinoma have better prognosis.
The prognosis of invasive breast cancer is related to the patient’s physical condition, pathological type, tumor stage, treatment and other factors, so there is no lightest type, and the prognosis can only be judged comprehensively according to the disease conditions.
1. Early invasive breast cancer, including early invasive ductal carcinoma, early invasive lobular carcinoma, which has just begun to infiltrate into the mesenchyme, belongs to early stage with better prognosis.
2. Invasive special carcinoma, including papillary carcinoma, medullary carcinoma, tubular carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, sweat gland-like carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, etc., which is highly differentiated and has a good prognosis.
Regular physical examination of the breast, early detection and treatment of breast tumors, and encouraging patients to have a positive attitude can lead to a good prognosis.
