Nutritional anemia, also called nutritional megaloblastic anemia, is caused by long-term deficiency of folic acid and vitamin B12, and the common causes of nutritional anemia are: 1. those who mainly eat cereals, more often in women. 2. lack of meat, eggs, dairy and products, fresh vegetables and fruits in the diet. 3. excessive cooking, resulting in increased destruction of folic acid and vitamin B12. 4. long-term alcoholism 5.Patients with chronic liver disease. 6.Uremic patients on long-term hemodialysis.
