The route of the Foot Solar Bladder Meridian begins at the Eye-Ming Point at the corner of the inner eye and ends at the Zhi Yin Point on the lateral side of the little toe of the foot, with a total of 67 acupoints.
1. Route of circulation: The Foot Solar Bladder Meridian begins at the corner of the inner eye, passes up the forehead and meets at the top of the head. Its branch, from the top of the head to above the ear. Its main trunk, from the top of the head into the internal complex in the brain, back out of the neck from the neck down, along the inner scapula, pinch the side of the spine, to reach the middle of the waist, from the side of the spine muscle into the kidneys, belonging to the bladder. Its branch, from the middle of the waist down the side of the spine, crosses the buttocks and enters the popliteal fossa.
Its branch, going down from the left and right side of the scapula, penetrates into the paraspinal muscle, pinches the paraspinal ridge, passes through the hip joint, and merges in the popliteal fossa along the posterior edge of the lateral thigh. From there, it passes downward through the gastrocnemius muscle, out of the back of the ankle, along the fifth metatarsal tuberosity, and to the lateral side of the little toe.
The Foot Solar Bladder Meridian mainly treats diseases of the internal organs, diseases of the mind, diseases of the head, face and five senses, as well as other diseases of the meridian circulation area.
