What is WIRA?

WIRA is a halogen light source as the luminous body, and the light produced by it is filtered through the German patented WIRA (WIRA) system, which significantly filtered out the light that is easy to produce thermal effects on the skin, thus retaining only a high energy light wave that is tolerated by the patient and has great therapeutic value, which can easily penetrate 7CM under the human skin to form deep treatment, we call this light WIRA. This light contains part of the visible light band and most of the infrared light band. The treatment principle of WIRA (Wellvalve) is to obtain a mixture of 31 media in different proportions and in different quantities after 7 different procedural reactions, which are then dissolved in water to form a water filtration system and placed in an optical lens, from which the WIRA system is born. After passing through the WIRA system, the original light from the halogen light source will form a “rainbow window” effect, that is, some of the infrared and far-infrared light waves that tend to cause burning sensation of the skin will be filtered out by this window, and finally pass through the 580 – 1200nm dominated by the positive significance of the treatment “It will bring a “rainbow effect” to human pain, tissue repair, chronic disease treatment, etc. Like all other physical therapies such as light, microwave and ultrasound, all of them are based on the premise of energy conservation, using their own penetration of the human body to convert the energy they carry into bio-energy that different tissues in our body are sensitive to and can use. This mainly involves the following bioelectrophysiology, etc.: 1, energy to enhance the ability of cellular mitochondria to use oxygen; 2, oxygen partial pressure enhancement; catalase, superoxide dismutase and other enzymatic reactions; 3, DNA, RNA synthesis increased, ATP synthesis, catabolism increased in both directions; 4, cell regeneration increased, albumin, immunoglobulin synthesis increased; the above points will lead to these two major areas of physical therapy 5, tissue repair and immunomodulation. The former will be widely used in all post-surgical wound healing, infection treatment, including burns and anorectal hemorrhoids and cosmetic surgery; the latter will be widely used in all departments related to immunomodulation, such as ear, nose and throat, respiratory, pediatrics, urology, gynecology, etc., where various chronic diseases are located. In addition to the above, almost all physical therapy has another therapeutic area: pain. It is based on the following principles: 1. It reduces the amount of pain-causing mediators such as 5-hydroxytryptamine; it reduces the excitation of sympathetic nerves. 2, so it can be widely used in pain medicine, post-operative wound pain relief, rehabilitation, etc. Indications 1. Chronic inflammation/allergic inflammation (infrared light part of 760~1400nm): arthritis, joint cavity effusion, acute exacerbation of lumbar and cervical spine compression symptoms, etc., prostatitis, pelvic inflammation, adnexitis, otitis media, allergic rhinitis, acute exacerbation of chronic rhinitis and sinusitis, chronic pharyngitis, chronic bronchitis, allergic cough and asthma, refractory cough and asthma. Fujian Provincial Hospital Pain Department Liu Rongguo Course and efficacy: 5 times effective, 7-10 times / course (some chronic diseases need to extend the treatment period appropriately) 2, pain relief (810nm ultra-laser part), especially pain caused by inflammation: a number of pain caused by inflammation, including: lumbar and cervical spine compression pain, synovitis, arthritis; and sports sprains, falls, contusions; post-operative wound pain relief; burn section Trauma pain relief; herpes zoster neuralgia; lumbar and abdominal pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis, etc. Course of treatment and efficacy (refers to the usual efficacy, the same below): 3 times effective, 5-7 times / course 3, wound healing (620 ~ 650nm red light part): prevention and treatment of post-operative wound non-healing, post-burn wound healing, post-implant surgery wound healing, etc., diabetic foot, venous ulcers and other difficult to heal wound treatment. Course and efficacy: 3 times effective, 5-7 times/treatment Contraindications glaucoma; pregnant women; post pacemaker implantation; hypertensive patients with poorly controlled blood pressure (>160/100mmHg).
