How does a small uterus affect pregnancy

If a woman’s uterus is not very small, it usually has no effect on pregnancy; if the uterus is severely small, it may cause infertility or miscarriage.
Whether or not a woman can get pregnant depends mainly on whether or not the function of the female reproductive system is normal, such as whether or not the ovaries ovulate normally, whether or not the uterus is malformed, whether or not the fallopian tubes are open, and whether or not the menstruation is normal. If the uterus is only slightly small and all other organs and tissues are functioning normally, there is no effect on normal pregnancy.
If the uterus is severely small, it may be congenital dysplasia or abnormal ovarian function, which often leads to infertility or miscarriage. It is recommended to treat the cause of small uterus before considering pregnancy.
