In the clinical appearance of the heel hard pack, mainly common in the following three diseases: 1, the most common disease is the body surface common benign tumor, such as sebaceous cysts. The sebaceous cyst is mainly a lump with clear borders, soft texture and good mobility, usually with blackheads on the surface. It is mainly treated by complete excision under local anesthesia; 3, common disease is seen in tendon sheath cyst, mainly seen in the joint capsule fluid accumulation caused by excessive mobility, thus manifesting as cysts.
