The survival time of intracranial glioma is different. Intracranial gliomas are classified into grades I-IV, with grades I and II being benign, and grades III and IV being malignant, and patients with grades I and II gliomas can survive for a long time or even be cured if the lesion is completely removed by surgery; there are many patients with grades I and II gliomas who do not need radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and there are many patients who survive for a long time; and there are a few patients with grades III and IV gliomas, who are cleanly resected, but have concerns about radiotherapy or chemotherapy, and there are a few patients who refuse postoperative treatment during follow-up, In a few individual cases of grade III and IV, the patients were cleanly resected by surgery, had concerns about radiotherapy and chemotherapy and refused to undergo postoperative treatment, but a few of these patients had long-term survival during follow-up, and of course, this mechanism is still worthy of further exploration. Malignant glioma is not easy to cut cleanly, as long as there are tumor cells left, they will proliferate and eventually recur. Therefore, his survival period will be significantly affected, and the more malignant degree can only survive for half a year to one year, while some patients can survive for 2-3 years.
