Semen routine examination includes the following aspects: 1. semen volume: a normal semen is about 2-7 ml; 2. semen pH: normal between 7.2-8.0; 3. semen liquefaction degree: generally liquefaction can occur within 30 minutes outside the body; 4. sperm concentration (sperm density): the fourth edition is greater than 20 x 10^6 ml, the fifth edition is greater than 15 x 10^6 ml; 5. sperm Survival rate: the standard sperm survival rate is greater than 50% in the fourth edition and greater than 40% in the fifth edition; 6. Sperm viability: the fourth edition is divided into A, B, C and D levels, and the fifth edition is divided into forward-moving sperm, non-forward-moving sperm and immobile sperm.
