What are the symptoms of gastric perforation

Symptoms of gastric perforation include severe abdominal pain, pallor, sweating, drop in blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, full abdominal pressure, rebound pain, abdominal muscle tension and so on.
1. Abdominal pain: the typical symptom is sudden cutting pain in the epigastrium, which quickly spreads to the whole abdomen and is unbearable, accompanied by pale face, cold sweat, drop in blood pressure and other manifestations.
2. Nausea and vomiting: abdominal pain is accompanied by nausea and vomiting.
3. Physical examination symptoms: observe the abdomen, abdominal breathing is weakened or disappeared, abdominal muscles are tense and plate-like abdomen. Pressure pain and rebound pain in the whole abdomen, decrease or disappearance of liver turbidity boundary on percussion, mobile turbidity can be found, and weakened bowel sounds on auscultation.
Standing X-ray film examination, free gas shadow under the diaphragm can be found, which can assist the diagnosis.
When sudden and severe abdominal pain occurs and gastric perforation is considered, go to the hospital promptly.
