What are the signs of mild nephritis

Mild nephritis can show symptoms such as hematuria, proteinuria, edema and hypertension. 1. Hematuria: Nephritis will destroy the structure of glomerulus, resulting in red blood cells in the glomerular capillaries into the urine, and this kind of hematuria is mostly manifested as painless hematuria or hematuria throughout the whole process, and so on. 2. Proteinuria: the charge barrier and molecular barrier on the glomerulus can filter the large molecules of charged protein molecules, because nephritis leads to the damage of the filtration barrier, a large number of proteins from the blood vessels into the urine, resulting in proteinuria. 3. Edema: proteinuria will lead to low protein content in the blood, which will lead to lower plasma colloid osmolality; in addition, the kidney can metabolize water and sodium, and now its lesion leads to water and sodium retention. Both of them will lead to edema in patients, and edema can start from the face, eyelids and both lower limbs. 4. Hypertension: Nephritis may lead to sodium and water retention, causing increase in blood volume; increased secretion of renin-angiotensin, which makes small arteries in the body constricted and so on, which will make the patient develop high blood pressure. If patients find nephritis, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in a timely manner, under the guidance of doctors to standardize treatment.
