The stool is one grain and black

If the stool is dry or dark, it may be caused by frequent constipation or poor digestion. If the intestinal fecal residue and fecal lumps stay for a long time, after a large amount of water has been absorbed, it may lead to dark or black stools, or may lead to dry stools with one grain after another, mostly due to poor digestion and gastrointestinal disorders. If you do not see relief repeatedly, it is best to improve the stool routine and colonoscopy to further assist in the diagnosis and treatment. Consider giving symptomatic treatment with medications such as lactulose oral solution, bifidobacterium casei capsules, gastroparesis pellets, mosapride capsules, compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion, or oral rehydration salts and complete routine stool examination. If there is occult blood and leukocytes, it is considered to be gastrointestinal bleeding. If there is no occult blood and leukocytes, it is mostly considered to be a gastrointestinal disorder.
