What are the causes of demyelinating diseases?

The etiology of demyelinating diseases can be caused by ischemia, but also by inflammation. Inflammatory demyelination is a major clinical disease, which is divided into two major parts: First, central nervous system, including brain and spinal cord demyelination. Second, peripheral nerves, the nerves emanating from the brain and spinal cord are called peripheral nerves, and these peripheral nerves also have myelin sheaths, and the loss of myelin sheaths is called peripheral nerve demyelination. The majority of these diseases are related to inflammation, metabolic diabetes or metabolic disorders of certain diseases, as well as autoimmune reactions, trauma, poisoning, and so on, all of which can be caused.
