If the routine blood suggests no anemia and excludes contraindications, it is recommended to perform diagnostic scraping to stop the bleeding, and take the endometrium for pathological examination to exclude endometrial lesions; if there is no endometrial lesion, consider endocrine disorders due to ovarian hypofunction, and consider hemostatic drugs and estrogenic drugs to regulate menstruation and stop bleeding; otherwise, decide the next treatment according to the endometrial lesion.
